About Me
Hey
Thanks for visiting my profile, I use it to learn English. Well, ok you got me
I typed in Yandex, sites where you can communicate with native English speakers and among the suggested options was this site, so I realized that here you can communicate with people around the world damn it. I find it very cool.
I actively studied English for about a year and achieved good results.
I'm 32 years old, despite the fact that everyone says I look much younger when in fact I'm dead inside (just kidding).
Mostly I studied English on my own through movies
Self-isolated myself, like you from the coronavirus and spent all day learning words and watching TV series and movies in English with subtitles. (my eyes hurt from this or after I saw your photos, I don't know)
I don't really like to watch new movies, but I watched a lot of movies from my childhood, like The Godfather, Scarface, Goodfellas, A Bronx Tale, Pulp Fiction (you have no idea who you're dealing with) Rocky Balboa, Back to the Future, ALF, etc (Don't think that I only watch American movies, I'm just talking about English right now)
I don't know how it works whether they used to make good movies or it makes me feel nostalgic (whatever)
I found this site, and I found here native speakers with whom I had talk through video chat. (it helped me master spoken English)
now I'm not so actively studying but I continue to watch videos in English on YouTube
