It's actually not a dream. It's just an expence. According to any flight searching system, the return ticket costs not more than 20000 Bth. Staying at friends (can be easy found for example at couchsurfing dot com), your daily living price will not exceed 1000 Bth a day. These are not spents at all.
Do not make people laugh. Just go to Russia.
And dream of something more unreacheable.
