A thalassophile is someone who is drawn to the sea in all its forms & I can't keep out of it for very long. I have crossed oceans, swam in its depths, sailed on its surface & felt the full force of its wondrous moods. Once I was in the clutch of an angry wave that had been egged on by a gale ....I barely survived but I didn't take it personally. I learnt respect that day!
