I guess the question is okay, but you have to accept the answer. I'm sorry you felt like a shitty daughter. I would too in that situation but it's our choice to breed not theirs. Perhaps it will change in coming generations.

Having said all that, I do have a son. He was a complete surprise. I don't want another. I'd rather have dachshunds - you can pop them in a kennel when they're getting boisterous. You can't really do that with children...

I have one child but yeah, essentially I am a no children person. He was unplanned and I made my decisions but I have no desire to have anymore. Instead, the rhetoric changed to "you're only having one child? That's so selfish. He won't have any siblings". With people like that, you'll always be in the wrong somehow. Its interesting because if a man says they don't want children, it's accepted but say it as a female and do you get comments!

All I can think of is that people must have very small minds if the concept of someone always using contraception is such a "thing" for them 😂
