About Me
Hey!šŸ’–
I was around about a year ago before I drifted into my "I don't want to be on the internet at all" phase. Now I'm back… let's see how long it takes before the introvert wins again!:):

Last time I was here, I ended up entertaining a lot of people just because I didn't want to come off as rude. But honestly, when you share space online, there have to be some boundaries..

So, before we VIBE, here are a few things you should probably know about me:

1) I'm definitely not here to find an online boyfriend, soulmate or internet situationship.
You're welcome to connect if you think we've got something in common to talk about, but dude..I'm just here for good conversations. That's my idea of fun. Not sexting. Not being told how much I could be loved (eww)
If you're here to talk books, movies, politics, or just life... welcome aboard.
If you're here to flirt…(and you are good at it...let's see)🤣

2) Not in the mood to fall hard for anything.
If you're good looking, sure, I might infatuate for a second... but the only people I love or atleast try to love are the ones I'm genetically obligated to...family basically...
My social battery doesn't last long enough for emotional investments

3) I'm into books…
To put it more eloquently, I don't like reading, but I do like having read!
First of all, it's a nice flex. Second, it attracts great conversationalists.
(Non readers, don't worry... you're cool too. Some of the best chats come from you lot.)

4) Caffeine is my coping mechanism. (I can't afford psychedelic drugs yet)
Tea used to be my go to.. Now I've upgraded to coffee because life's gotten a bit more… caffeinated.

5) I love animals. They rarely invade my personal space.  after reading Animal liberation..
I tried turning vegan...failed once, trying again. Let's see how it goes this time.
And Fun fact: Petting a dog can actually reduce your cortisol level..

6) I've had people over 40 copy pasting GPT poems for me and on me. Not that it's bad to talk to people outside your age group, but trying to get intimate that way? Yeah…
I just can't be your Lolita!

7) I'm here for conversations.
Deep, random, curious conversations. History, art, philosophy, politics, moral dilemmas, weird theories.... you name it. I don't claim to know everything, so if you do....... please don't throw it in people's faces. Sharing perspectives and information is fun. Being a know it all is  NOT so much.
We can all listen..and, i learned it the hard way! We all could be irritating at times, i know! Atleast let's try to be humble! Hahaha

I'm just here because I get bored and love hearing people's thoughts... about life, culture, and all the random things that make us human. It's hard finding common ground when people don't share your language, race, religion, food habits, or background, but that's exactly what makes this kind of space special.
If we can just sit, talk, and try to understand each other a bit better... that's already something.

And lastly,
-My English writing is good because I take the time to double check my messages, fix small errors, and choose better words to make my sentences clearer. Speaking, however, is a different story. I can definitely manage in an English speaking country, but whenever I try to speak, mistakes just seem to pour out... So, if you're really good at speaking, maybe I could pick up a few tips from you!

ā™„ļøP.S. I'm actually really fun
just had to write a long bio because a few people annoyed me last time and i annoyed a few as well!šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø
Requests
You can start a conversation by suggesting some good metal songs...anything you think is absolutely phenomenal. Or maybe toss in a  book recommendation or anything...
P.S. I'm not someone who ever hated a standard "hello" to begin with… but hey, we all get bored of monotony sometimes.

and a few more things! (i know, I have got a lot to say)

-Don't you dare try to sell me your religion. I'm not buying............... I don't mind any religion. Honestly, religion has been a great source of comfort in a world torn apart by...........religion mostly

-If you're homophobic, bragging about being attracted to the opposite gender doesn't make you superior. Please go outside, touch some grass, maybe sit in it for a while.

-MAGA folks… may Jesus personally bless every one of you. You look like you could use it...
Favorite Music
My taste in music keeps shifting all the time.

Sometimes it's all vernacular tracks that don't make much sense to me but somehow feel soft on my heart. Once, I actually looped a Mongolian rap about Genghis Khan 🤣 (seriously, Mongolian artists rap, and their metal game is no joke). I've even listened to really old Russian folk songs, and I often wonder if even Russians are still listening to those!

But that was then......right now, my playlist is mostly metal, rock, and of course, rap. I like my music either fast enough that I can barely catch the beats or so soft that I could fall asleep with it playing by my side.

some of my favourite are
-MƄneskin
-System of a Down
-Slipknot
-Linkin Park
-Black Sabbath (I'm kinda new to the grandfathers of heavy metal, so feel free to suggest their favourite album of yours!)
-Bloodywood (it's an Indian metal band that's absolutely killing it, our boys know what they're doing!)
Favorite Movies
uhm.... I don't know.. maybe some shitty bollywood movie with cringe dialogues and no plot at all...
Favorite Books
I can't really name a single favorite, and I definitely won't tie myself down without reading another book..which might just become another favorite. So, I'll list the best books I've read this year instead:

-God Is Not Great by Christopher Hitchens
"What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence."

-Animal Liberation by Peter Singer
"We have to speak up on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves."

-The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
"Be wary of men with something to prove."

-The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
"i don't exactly know what I mean by that, but I mean it."

On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong
"They say nothing lasts forever, but they’re just scared it will last longer than they can love it."

-Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie
"He knew that the real world was full of magic, so magical worlds could easily be real."
Favorite Quotes
✨But not everyone needs to be a warrior, my dear. Otherwise we’d never have poets, artists, scientists …’ ā€˜I disagree,’ said Defne into her wine glass. ā€˜There are moments in life when everyone has to become a warrior of some kind. If you are a poet, you fight with your words; if you are an artist, you fight with your paintings … But you can’t say, ā€œSorry, I’m a poet, I’ll pass.ā€ You don’t say that when there’s so much suffering, inequality, injustice.šŸ„€

✨Listen to the mustn'ts, child.
Listen to the don'ts.
Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.šŸ‚

"Do you hate people?

I don't hate them...I just feel better when they're not around."
