I am dusting off this account as I haven't been active in so long. I have made really great friends on here and met many interesting people and I would like to meet even more people!

I am currently learning Japanese (I have just started!) and I am loving it so far! I would love to meet Japanese people and learn more about the culture. I am happy to help you out with your French or Spanish or English :)

Hobbies & Interests

I have rediscovered sketching and painting and spend most of my time doing this. I also love talking to random people, going shopping (even to DIY shops!), travelling, languages, long and meaningful discussions with friends as well as silly ones, journaling (although I'm not so much into using washi tape all over the pages. I'd rather doodle! :) ). I am a big fan of traveler's notebooks, both Midori and Fauxdori as well as Hobonichi.

I also playing with tarot cards as well even if I seem to be a bit short sighted when it comes to foreseeing the future ;o)

I had a long phase where I was trying to teach myself to play bass and ukulele but this is slightly on the back burner at the moment.

I also love doing sports to keep in shape and I have decided to start with karate again after a really long break.

Jeff Buckley, Pulp, ACDC, Creedance Clearwater Revival, Alice In Chains, Soudgarden, some Slayer and some Sepultura and a few more although I have to say that I have lost touch with what's being played at the moment on the radio...

Favorite Movies

Zodiac, Super hero movies, A Few Good Men, Lord of The Rings, Pulp Fiction, Trainspotting, X-Men, El Dia de la Bestia, Full Metal Jacket, anything with Adam Baldwin, The Bourne movies and plenty more...

Favorite TV Shows

Sense8, The Big Bang Theory, Bates Motel, True Detective, JAG, Battlestar Galactica, The Unit, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, The Shield, OITNB and so many others but these ones are my favourite of the moment.

(I have also started watching Captain Tsubasa again with my daughter and we are both loving it!... Any fans out there, please get in touch! :) )

Favorite Books

Anything by Edgar Allan Poe, Stephen King, H. P. Lovecraft and anything dramatic and gripping. I took a long break from reading fictional novels and I would welcome any suggestions!

I also love graphic novels and I am more of a DC fan than Marvel.

I have also rediscovered manga and I'm slowly getting back into that.
