Everyone admires the results, but very few are willing to endure the process.
People often say, I could build that physique in a few months. Maybe they could. But potential means nothing without discipline. The truth is, most people don't quit because it's impossible they quit because consistency is harder than excuses.
The hours no one sees, the workouts when motivation is gone, the sacrifices, the patience, and the relentless commitment... that's where the real transformation happens.
It's easy to criticize what you don't understand. It's even easier to call something luck or good genetics when you've never had the courage to test your own limits.
As the old saying goes, people often dismiss what they cannot achieve.
I'm not competing with anyone. I'm only proving to myself, day after day, that discipline will always outperform excuses.
Respect the process. The results will speak for themselves.
And,
I'm not gay, so please don't make those kinds of suggestions. I'd appreciate it if we kept the conversation in that context. Thanks!
