Well I belong to an Interfaith group, sort of evangelical with prophecy and we study and compare and contrast seeking the Word in all Biblical writings including the Apocrypha of Judaism, Ethiopian, Greek and Catholic Churches. We study hard and practice prayer and meditation every day.

Try finding a smaller Bible Study group on a week night. That way you can make a few friends first. It will be easier if you plan to meet someone before.
