Hello, I'm Dawson. Just graduated and trying to find my way in the world. I work for a member of the Legislative Assembly of BC (political appointment). I'm 22 from Canada. I love travelling and Cuban cigars. I love cities, urbanism, and public transportation. I avoid driving if I can though I do like road trips. Learning languages and about other cultures is a major passion of mine -- currently learning Arabic so looking for people to practise with! Would love the chance to share my culture and language with you as well.

Language Exchange Requests
I do speak pretty decent French (Canada) from my time living in Ottawa. I can speak it with you if you want to learn, but I can't promise to be as useful as a native speaker! Same with the other languages listed - we could both practise them, but again, I'm in no position to "teach" anything other than English, we'd both be struggling lol

Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy learning languages, learning about history, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, curling, and especially travelling! So far I've only been able to go to Mexico, Italy, Vatican City, and the US (I live right next to it so I go there all the time).
And politics -- love politics and am quite involved politically, having worked for the New Democratic Party of Canada and having ran briefly as a candidate in the 2019 federal election.
