Well I mean baked inside oven with little bit oil. It is like air fryer technique. We'll eat deep fry food not good for health especially for heart.. yes saucizjenbroodjes are good. Also I like pastry inside it is almond paste. I forgot this in dutch language. But in france they called gallete de rois
