Ps, have you heard of airbnb? If you didn't use that then I really recommend it the next time you go! I used it last time and it was brilliant! I've always rented out an entire apartment for cheaper than a hotel. Especially in korea, you get to actually settle down and not live in just a room with a bed, you get the whole lot! :) it's so comfortable seriously. I've got somewhere by Han river this time!
Lol wow thanks for all of that ^^
Ah I've already lived in Taiwan for 2 months and it was pretty much the same so I eventually programmed myself to ignore being stared at so much and having it assumed I was there for just studying and never anything else haha. I think asia still aren't used to foreigners yet so it's a shame. My boyfriend will already be there so I'm sure he will feel the awkward tension of all the staring at the foreigner haha! Most of my korean friends in manchester have went back so I'll be meeting them too! But, I realised the ones on here are here for international friends right? So I thought it's the best place to make acquaintances before I go. :) hopefully I won't be 'that foreigner' that can't communicate haha. But I might forget all that studying and just go blank. :') which part did you stay in? Over the 6 years I've heard the same thing about busan over and over that it's not as foreigner friendly as Seoul obviously haha, it'll be the first place I visit first too. Did you ever visit 거제도?
