I endeavour to change the things that make me sad.  I believe in the power of positive thoughts and as such try to remain positive.  I veiw my glass as half full.

I feel blessed with my life and I am not over ambitious but like to suceed in all I do and don't give up easily.  I like meaningful conversation and that can be hard to find these days as everyone alway's seems so busy.  So my philosophy is to always make time for those who matter.

I would enjoy being in touch with anyone really, especially people who are trying to lose weight and be healthy.

As I work in a medical background, anyone in that field would be great to chat with.

Letter writing, crafts, gardening, swimming.
Spending time with family and friends.
