Very Cool you play drums! I do too! Though, I no longer own a set! (I really miss playing...) When I did, I had a black Pearl Rocker Export series: 5 piece! I used a Gibralter single drum double bass pedal with the Amirr II cymble set which included a 15, 16, and 17 in. crashes, 20 inch ride and high hat. I also had a china which I think was a 16 inch... Anyway, I played in a gothic, shoegaze punk band known as "The Mooks" We started off with a bit of a notice on the LA scene but then we lost two of our members due to them being forced to go home back to china. Ah well such is life...What do you play on?

I agree with your explanation, especially with such a different reality, like that of a South American country, where there is only urban violence. While in your world, it is a constant readaptation to grow and survive.

Can you make friends with a Brazilian who wants to discover how he thinks and what his world is like?

I hope we can be friends, I am not looking for a romantic relationship, just friendship.

well, for me the quote you have posted above one way or another promotes individualism over collectivism ,if there are no benchmarks, individualism leads to choas

The quote from Robert Anton Wilson for me couldn’t be closer to home for me. My son has autism with global developmental delay and is 98% of the time completely nonverbal .
He is definitely “wired” unlike anyone in my life, definitely unlike anyone that I have ever met before…. And for me it’s just amazing. Though it can be challenging to always communicate and understand everything he wants to express or needs from me. It’s lovely to know someone who is nonjudgmental of others if the treat him kind and who is generally cheerful, carefree and expressive of his love for his family and that is without having to use his voice to show it.

Everyone has flaws, nobody is ever perfect and of course no two people are ever going to be truly identical inside and out. Uniqueness is a gift and it is something that shamefully many take for granted and attempt to change themselves just to appeal to other’s taste.
Embrace your individual self and enjoy life and let others fall in love with “the real you”.

I say "meow" a lot actually, because I'm a cat "purr"son. :)

Dear Janie,

Hallo. My name is Alex, an atypical individual from North America. I am very pleased to have read Robert Anton Wilson's "Prometheus Rising" narratives; as well as making our acquaintance! Thank you.

And since I am utterly interested in, and intrigued by you. I would like us to engage long-term communications, in order to get to know one another well.

Kindly visit my profile page. And if you have any specific queries pertaining to me and/or anything else. Please feel free to convey them, in your most prompt reply. And I shall answer all, both honestly and respectfully.

Be well.

Cheers!

Alex
