Being neutral, yes. Even people in Europe have a high level of life, there is some kind of price or at least, a different culture, because people from here see people in Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc... in some kind of cage: With not big problems or too serious, without passion or not afable, and of course you think another kind of things in Latin american. But just what I said, it depends on the city you live and what you like. I know people that have traveled to Europe and they say: "Wow there are amazing places, beautiful people but it is a cold environment, alone people, serious people and it is oring" But of course is just a crash of cultures. What I've watched in documentaries is that you are so educated, with a lot of things to do. Netherlands have wonderful places to go. And football, yes. You are right. Even I don't like football, but here, people celebrate, hug each other, drink and do things only for a simple football match :D. With a lot of problems, people are happy.

Yes. It is because of the customes. Here there are a variety of goods and bad things but compared with documentaries that I have seen about Netherlands, there are lots of differences even between countries in South America or Central America where there are some countries with terrible life conditions, violence and corruption.

Hi!. For me I have a very good quality of life but in general, here varies a lot, because there are poverty, corruption in the government, and a lot of social classes, violence in some cities, but people in general are happy and friendly. Typical Latin people. also, colombia has a lot of developed cities and different weathers because of the regions with valleys, mountain ranges, volcanos, jungles, plains, oceans, rivers and a lot of things to view. In general, it is a beautiful and multicultural country.
