About Me

I'm an English teacher (57) trying to re-activate my youth hobby of writing to people from all over the world. I like travelling, skiing and walking. I like music, especially British Music from the 80s. I speak German, but I am quite fluent in English and Polish. I'd like to improve my Dutch and Afrikaans. I'm happily married, our son is 21 now.

Mostly British music of the 1980s: The Smiths, Madness, Specials, Selecter (all 2Tone-groups basically), UB40, Blur
Some early-reggae or rocksteady groups, the Beatles.
