When I was in Turkey there was a constant language barrier most of the time. Alot of ridiculous things almost happened to me because I couldn't speak the language (i.e. nearly getting arrested but not knowing what for...).

Ha. I fully concur with that statement! I really dislike most people in general. Luckily I don't have to mingle with TOO many on a daily basis, but I imagine you can't avoid them working in a visitor information centre. Is it not even interesting meeting tourists from other countries? I think I'd enjoy that aspect of it. But if someone from Britain came up I wouldn't be impressed.
