I'm just here to absorb some of the general universal vibe lol, nothing too special. I'm a friendly little sucker, so feel free to stop by and say hi anytime ... if you're lucky, you might even get cookies and coffee with your visit, but if not, at the very least you'll always get a smile :)

For those interested, I'm single, a non-smoker, a non-drinker, and not remotely religious nor remotely interested in drugs, but on the plus side ..... I LOVE pizza, so it's not all bad news :)

Ohh, BTW, I make the world's most kick-arse cookies and brownies. So I'm not a bad person to know lol

I dig happy people, people who carry a smile and have a positive outlook on life. People who get a blast out of the everyday things life offers us ... listening to the song of a bird happily chirping away, feeling the warm sun on their face, the beautiful fragrance of a flower as it drifts up while you pass by, and so on :)

I despise miserable arseholes who think the world owes them a favour and walk around with a giant chip on their shoulder and you can add rude, arrogant, ignorant, clueless, racist, and pretentious prats to that list as well!

So if you feel like you wear one of those tags well, then better to just keep walking!

What I love most ... well outside of Pizza and a blown 1957 Chev 2 door, rain would rate pretty highly ... yes, I said rain. It's not so much the whole wet part that thrills me, but I love the smell and I love the sound of rain. Light, medium, full-on Thunderstorm .... love any sort of rain :)

I do have a sense of humor, can be a pretty intense one as so much that I can find humor in just about any situation, somewhere others can't ... and yes, that includes funerals lol!

So beware, if you don't have a very well-tuned sense of humor yourself, I may not be the best person to start a conversation with :)

I'm a pretty laid back sort of guy, so feel free to stop bye and say hello and I'll say hello right back :)

I am however, quite a big foodie and I'm always interested in talking about food related topics lol. So it would be fun to hear from other foodies, whether you're into cooking, gowing or just eating lol, we all share the same interest :)

Also have a pretty switched on sense of humor and really enjoy sharing that with light hearted people. So if you're the type that loves to smile and laugh, then WELCOME :)

Oh, BTW, please don't call me dear, darling, honey or any other absurd name. I've got a name and that works just fine, so use it please!

No thanks, I'm happy with the language I have lol. It's served me pretty well so far, so it will just have to do for the rest of my short stay here on planet earth!

For anyone wanting help with their English, well I'm no English Teacher, but that said. If you would like help with practicing English, then I'm happy to help as much as I can ... I just  don't know how much help that is going to be :)

Love cooking, that's my main passion and also my work lol, but I also love cars and motorcycles. Mostly classics and customs from Australia and US from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Also enjoy getting out on the bay fishing, watching sport and assorted other activities :)

My newest hobby is artisan specialty chocolate making, so having a lot of fun learning and experimenting with chocolate and various flavour profiles. Only problem I am having so far is stopping myself from eating all of the experiments lol ..... but I'm working on a solution ..... very, very, very slowly :)

Being a child of the seventies, I still love a lot of the classic music from the seventies. Mostly, I love acoustic guitar, so I'll be attracted to most things featuring an acoustic guitar, but I can do pretty much everything from rock to pop, but not in classic, house, techno, rap or anything to far out there on the edge.

Field of Dreams, makes me cry every time I watch it lol

Cooking shows, love the Cooking Channels, but of course the general Aussie male type things, such as football (most codes, but not all) Cricket and car/motorcycle racing .... actually pretty much anything with an engine racing ... including bathtubs :)

Favourite books would be cook books, I really enjoy reading recipes :)
