We are born onto a rock, not even a microbe compared to the sheer neverendingess of what surrounds us, our life is the result of billions of years of random processes that lead to an ancestral line that could be traced back to the very first bacteria, our genealogy has led to us, either we die without procreation or we leave children in this world that will continue that cycle until they themselves turn into microbes again...
Life is inherently without meaning and we have to find a purpose for ourself.
