About Me
I am a 46 year old mother and wife who lives in Denver, Colorado. I love singing and performing, reading books, making jewelry, traveling and spending time with my kids. I am currently working hard on Spanish but also enjoy learning other languages like Japanese, German and Italian. I am a counselor and work with people who have problems are dealing with trauma, grief and loss.
I love to travel with my family and meet new people. Possibly even people I have met on here. I have some serious wanderlust and want to see the world. I know the world is so much bigger than just what I have seen. I also want my daughters to have a much bigger view of life than just what is here in the United States. So far I have been to Thailand, Barcelona and Costa Rica and all were amazing. Next up is Greece and Canada in 2023.

Currently, I am working on learning Greek for my trip next year and already love the language so right now keeping up my Spanish and learning Greek or my priorities. I would really like to chat with people on Zoom to practice speaking those languages once I get to know you a little.

Language Exchange Requests
I am fluent in English, intermediate in Spanish and beginning/intermediate in Japanese. I can read Hiragana and Katakana but only know a hundred or so Kanji at this time. I have recently started on German. I'm always willing to learn basic greetings and words though in any language and can say a few things in other languages like Russian, Chinese, Korean, Polish, Italian and French.

ER, The Walking Dead, Dexter, Blacklist, Nikita and Stranger Things are all shows I like. I'm not a big T.V. watcher though. I usually get into a show AFTER it has gone off the air. I like to get the shows on DVD so I don't have to wait so long to find out what happened!
