About Me

I am actually not from Korea. I am an American and I am stationed here. I like to travel so having friends around the world interests me. I would like to learn Japanese (even writing), and I'd love to learn recipes from around the world. Rosetta stone is definitely not working. Language classes are difficult to find as I'm in Korea, and I'm a soldier so I can't just go to classes whenever. I'm happily married so I'm not trying to find my true love here. I have saved my princess, I'm still fighting my battles, I'm living my adventure, and I just want to share it. Isn't that what life is about?

Hobbies & Interests

I love to take pictures, hiking, and geocaching. I'd say I love fishing, but since I'm an american male... I suppose that goes without saying. I like to adventure, but I don't like to adventure alone. However, I think a good dog is the best adventure buddy.

Oh, and I have a sense of humor, and I love jokes. I really love puns too so if you have one... please share! Here is a video I love because I think it's funny, but it's also my favorite game.

Favorite Music

I like a little bit of everything. Mostly Classic Rock, Country, and Christian music. I really do like almost everything, though. I can't follow the lyrics in rap music, but even I have to appreciate that it makes me want to move.

I love romantic comedies. I know that's not manly, but I like what I like.

Favorite TV Shows

Psych, NCIS, and Friends. Okay, okay... I like anime, too. Don't judge me! I like Lovely Complex, Kimi no Todoke, and all the other's in that genre. I know it's not ninjas and samurais, but there's not enough romance in the others. (maybe it's a midlife crisis)

Favorite Books

All the Dan Brown books, Dragonlance, The Sword of Truth series, Walden, and The Bible... (particularly The Prophecy of Daniel and The Gospel of John)
