My name is Chantal and I am an avid language learner. I am currently learning French, Kaqchikel (a Mayan variant of the region I live in) and Swedish I am more than willing to help anyone out with their Spanish.

I have a weak spot for slang in languages. If you want to do slang exchange, by all means contact me!

Here are a few things I love:
Guate, cold showers, long walks, the smell of old/new books, putting my hand in a sack of beans, bread, afternoon naps, dancing until my feet hurt, being barefoot, visiting cemetaries, diving under waves at the beach, going to the market, reading the dictionary and learning weird words.

And now a few things I hate:
Racial slurs, burning my tongue when eating, extremely kill-me-spicy food, getting yelled at, having my sandal slip off when raining, the squeaky sound markers make, cat-calls, like-baiting posts on facebook, romantic comedies and using the conjugation of the pronoun 'vosotros' in Spanish because it's so strange and above all: liars.

Other than that, I guess you could say I'm a very curious girl that has a lot of questions. I'm looking for people to have cultural exchanges with.

So there you go. I am not sure what else you'd like to know. I prefer Coca cola over Pepsi, I am an ENFP, and I like translating things in google translate and then see how accurate it is.
