About Me

Hello everybody! My name is Miguel and I live in Mexico City. I joined this site because some friends have found wonderful people here and I want to be part of that adventure! I would love to practice and improve my English and help others with their Spanish as well. I consider myself an analytical mind but my heart always wins... I like cinema, reading, listening to music, cooking, nature, spirituality and... of course I love coffee!

It would be much better if you also loved coffee... No, not really! I just want to make honest friends with people from different cultures. Despite my ancestry is Italian I barely speak a few words of Italian... But I love to read and write in (Latin) Spanish; I love both poetry and prose and I have even written a couple of film scripts. I would love to find language partners for Spanish/English sessions!

Hobbies & Interests

Did I mention Italy before? Well, I love coking pasta with mushrooms and veggies! As I mentioned above, reading and writing are on top of my list, but I also enjoy exercising, cycling, jogging, paddle tennis, chess... I love pets, specially kittens, but nice dogs are also welcome!

Favorite Music

Mainly classical from romanticism... I love Chopin and Tchaikovsky, but also Vaughan Williams, Debussy, Ravel, Fauré... Progressive and Electronic Rock are also highly treasured and New Age and Meditation (Oriental) Music is a journey to our inner soul.

Favorite Movies

The Silence Of The Lambs, Orlando, Pueblo de Madera, Lord of the Rings, Pan Labyrinth, Documentaries about Nature, Animals and the so-called pets... No, they're not pets, they are family!

Favorite TV Shows

I don't watch much TV... Any night show with a hard criticism on the problems we all face today deserves my admiration.
