I'm an ACSM certified personal trainer and boot camp coach, a hippy coffeeshop owner, a sgt. in the army reserve, a runner, calithenic nut,  a guitar playing, picture taking, kdrama obsessed trivia nerd who loves foreign culture and traveling...

My current travel goals are to run the copper canyons of mexico, make a snow man in Lithuania and drink some good moonshine, try and get on the set of a drama being filmed in Korea, and run across Argentina...

I'd love to talk to anyone about anything so long as it doesn't involve b.s. buisiness scams, illegal activity, prostitution, etc.  I just wanna make some interesting pen-pal friends!

I have some basic college level Spanish down but it's pretty terrible

bikes, books (crappy...  wizards/lasers/pulp), long stretching sessions, coooooffffffffeeeeeeee in all it's forms (Intravenous), emailing, guitar, photography ( I <3 rebel XT, it's all bout a 50mm fixed), my  blinky plastic crap I'll only use once, people, video games, COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE, guns, chain smoking after running, garbage romance movies, pandora and my dogs,
slings, calisthenics in all their forms, etc etc...

everything...  minus new age atonal crap.   If i can tap my foot I'll like it.  I'm more fond of acoustic melodic stuff, the more downhome the better, weather it's downhome Americana or Congolese doesn't mater. I'm going through a pretty sad tegan and sara phase right now...  when you hang out with lesbian party girls too long you can't help it :P
