Yes, their sin, their own free will, free choice given by God.
But it's painful for people to see when sinful actions take place. Especially, publicly like gay-parades.
My religion says "you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." John 8:32, a person be enlightened first, to get to know all the options, we cannot just abandon them.
No! We cannot respect weakness! We cannot respect making sins, and surrendering to passions! I don't respect being a slave of sins. We are entitled to be as strong as God, no tolerance to weaknesses, no one has an excuse "I cannot, I surrender", only a constant struggle against crimes, trying to change our nature, to become God-like. Complete spiritual freedom and psychological independence.

But then the other crimes can be also justified by some false/questionable science "facts", biology/chemistry effects.
The history shows that people are quite able to be saved from his.
Even if you cannot stop doing some sin, it doesn't you a right to stop regard as a sin, something wrong, unnatural.

There is always a treatment - God!
You should not be passive and "peaceful" when someone makes a crime: murder, stealing, sex with kids, prostitution. Evil must be confronted! But yes, the righteous wrath should be against the sin, not the sinner.

"Nothing is better than a big hug ^^ " - the true words of great wisdom and the truth! :)

"Im a real nationalist" - yes, you have the reasons/grounds for this, Turkey is magnificent. Although, it's a shame there are legalised prostitution and gay-parades there :/
