I'm finishing my doctorate, and soon I intend to start my PhD. I would like to be able to do it in Russia, for that I need to study the language a lot (the selection process is smooth, my advisor has been Russian since the master's degree). If I can't learn the language, I will have to choose an English-speaking country and change the plans. #helpme
