About Me

I guess I'm kinda outspoken and outgoing. I used to be  phobically shy and an introvert. From different activities I got into, all the time that I got the message that somehow my quiet introverted style of being was not necessarily the right way to go, that I should be trying to pass as more of an extrovert. And I always sensed deep down that this was wrong and that introverts were pretty excellent just as they were. But for years I denied this intuition. Partly cuz I needed to prove to myself that I could be bold and assertive too. And I was always going off to crowded bars when I really would have prefered to just have a good time with my ex. And I made these self-negating choices so reflexively, that I wasn't even aware that I was making them.
And that pathology sticks with us. It really stick with us cuz when we are treated that way, we feel invisible every and now then. And as I looked at people around me, I figured out that some people wanted attention and recognition. So what did they do? what we still do perhaps too often. We talk about ourselves. And yet other people I looked at who had a mutuality mindset. In each situation, they found a way to talk about us and create that "us" idea.

My day is spent on looking into wakeboarding and flyboarding to improve my skills and watching air racing to gain back my energy.
