My interests are art and art history, botany, cooking, gardening, hunting and fishing, nature, and photography. I'm trying to learn to be a good woodworker with Japanese tools. I also study climatology and comparative religion.

I don't watch as much TV as I used to - some business, old westerns, NCIS.

I read about lots of different things. recently I've tried to keep a list of books I've read, fiction, non'fiction, philosophy, bibliographies, etc. I'm up to 127. I'm sure there are more I've forgotten. I don't count school books.
