I would love to chat with folks who are moving to my country about what kinds of things they should expect here, as well as encourage them to follow through with the move!!  I've lived a very small and sequestered life growing up in rural Ontario, Canada in a place where my house could be classified as being a part of five different towns/villages/townships.  Just down the road from my house is where even my great-great-great-grandfather is buried.  I am looking to expand my horizons and reach out far beyond myself.  What better way to do so than by making contact with people from all corners of the world? 

I am looking to feel inspired again; I have had limited contact with people after graduating university and have never been able to make strong social connections around me. This past year was the worst of my life as I suffered a traumatic injury that is going to permanently impede me a bit for the rest of my life   I am also looking to be educated about various cultures and places.  I am a writer, and all of my novel works-in-progress take place far away from my small abode.

Not many.  If it's a book, chances are that I'll like the book better.  Game of Thrones? Excellent TV show but I'm a book purist and anything that happens outside of the novel's narrative drives me crazy hahaha.  The only show I truly watch now is Survivor.  Yes, the reality show :p
