My name is Maria and I am currently 18 years old.?  I tend to see the logical and realistic side of things, but my mind may wander off and it can get the best of me.  When a situation requires an out of the box solution, I can sometimes come up with it.  I love public speaking and helping out others. I think I am an overall good writer, or at least my teacher tells me I am. I don't necessarily write stories or poetry, but I can write a good persuasive essay.  I do tend to come up with a few song lyrics, they are just waiting to find a good composer. :)  My friends and family have a tendency of asking me for advice and they say I truly have an talent for advice giving.  But when I seriously do not have a possible solution to your problems, I will try my best to make you feel better with whatever you are facing. :]  I like history and politics. I am attending a community college near my hometown and majoring in history with a minor in political science. :)

It may be over said, but I love music.  I am a singer, and although I may not be a good soloist, I love singing with my choir at school.  The only sports I will enjoy playing are soccer, basketball, and golf.  The only sport I will try to develop my skills in is golf.  Haha, I understand it and absolutely love it. :)
