It's always difficult to tell something about myself, because I never know what others want to know about me.
I am a girl from Germany and I enjoy my life, I love books, but also reality, though sometimes I wish life would be a bit more like in books, but that's the difference between books and reality.

I also love to travel and enjoy to experience new places in the world. There are still many white spots on my map and next trip isn't planned yet, maybe you have a good idea, where I should go.

I love the ocean and the animals that live there, but mostly I love manatees.

I also like to write letters and I mostly do that with ink, because I think these days just a handful of people still write with ink or still by hand. A handwritten letter is a lot more personal than a typed one. I know sometimes it's a lot easier to just send an email and send it and I am fine with that, but I also enjoy the old fashioned way of communication.

I have a little boy who's my sunshine and it's great to see him grow up and make great progress every single day. I don't have that much time still as I had before he was born, but I don't want to miss any single day with him.

Unfortunately many fake people are here currently. They start a profile and after a few messages they want to start talking somewhere else or only by email or text message. I don't really get that.

I think most people here don't know why they are on this page. I am here to meet new people who know how to keep a conversation alive and who wants to make real friends and who are honest enough to tell me when they dislike something I do or say.

I love books and music. I also love to travel and meet new people.

Since Paul Walker passed away I feel kind of a deep sadness inside me.I didn't know him personally but I grew up with him and his movies and I always loved every single one. I was also very fascinated from the other Paul, who was at the sea with shark men and who helped people in need with his organization Reach Out WorldWide.
I still try to understand it, but so far it doesn't work. I am thinking about him quiet often. I'll never forget about him and through his movies he still lives in our hearts.

As I only read every book once, I don't have a favorite book I'd like to read another time. I once heard that a human is only able to read 5000 books in his life and I try to manage at least 50 books per year.
