I'm looking to meet English speaking friends in Kigali, Rwanda. I plan to visit soon in the hopes of relocating there in the future.

I don't expect to meet anyone here; I just used this as a backup. It's hard to meet people in the wild in Seattle being that Seattle has arrested development when it comes to socialization. I would love to meet men from Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, S. Carolina or other places in the South. I crave to meet people that still know how to converse with each other!! I may plan to move to that area for the right person.

Other than that. all I can do at the moment is tell everyone what I'm not interested in:

Men that live outside the country - Or men better know as SCAM ARTIST; although artist is stretching it:
No FAKE, BROKE military doctors trapped in another country
No FAKE, BROKE oil rig workers trapped in another country.
No FAKE BROKE widows living in one country while they have kids LIVING IN ANOTHER CONTRY WITH THEIR NANNYS OR IN BOARDING SCHOOLS. Yeah that hard for me to figure out, Lol?!
No young boys looking for older sugar mamas.
No other con games that involve parting me from my money. It will never happen.

For the men that are real and do live in the country:

No booty calls, or Netflix and Chills dates- Sorry but those kind of dates lead limp peenis syndrome and someone forcing their limpness on me does not get me excited in the least bit!!
No one without a job. - I work.
No one on FAKE RETIREMENT; now if you are a REAL RETIREE THAT LIKES TO TRAVEL you may be interesting.
No one fresh out of the penitentiary.
