I'm a retired engineer living in Israel by choice, but born in America. I'm a short story writer and political commentator on both the U.S. and Israel. I enjoy limited travel  and Japanese & Chinese style food. I lived in Southern California for many years and while there I became something of a movie buff. I was in an older film titled,'The Other Side of Midnight,' a movie based on the book by the same name written by Sidney Sheldon.
I'd like to have E-pen pals from other nations or in Israel for strictly intellectual and friendship purposes only. I'm especially interested in communicating with people located in Australia, New Zealand, Norway, the U.S., Sweden, China and Japan. Other than the countries mentioned, I'm not particularly interested. I'd like to learn of customs and culture etc. of people from other countries (besides Israel and the U.S.)
  I'm also an English teacher!
