About Me

I like corresponding with individual people in both English and Russian. Though I am a native Russian speaker I haven't used the Russian language much in the past few years and I miss it very much.

I live in the USA and am very much out of touch with the mainstream culture: I don't watch TV, don't do social networks anymore, don't follow the news.

Hobbies & Interests

My passion for gardening is partly responsible for our recent migration from a city to a really rural area. The prospect of starting a new, much bigger, garden from scratch is thrilling but also a little intimidating to me. I hope that I would join some garden club in the new place and meet other gardeners -- I find that most of gardening folks are quite interesting and pleasant people.
