I am 19 years old, student working towards a career in animal rehabilitation. I am originally from North Carolina,  I am interested in finding friends as well as continuing study in Japanese. Age, religion, color, creed, gender, none of it matters :) I think when two people make a connection then the details are irrelevant.
I am also willing to help teach English to anyone who wishes to learn, I will do my best!

I'm Buddhist but I do understand and am interested in other peoples' points of view, I do not dislike anyone. I spoke Japanese far more fluently in the past, including when I visited the country, but I have since grown rusty and am working on my own to try and regain that knowledge..but I would always welcome help ^.^

Video games (big gamer), reading, writing, drawing/animating, cooking, playing Cello/guitar, practicing swordplay (fencing and kendo, I'm a girl who can fight-sue me ;p) I love all animals and am working on going into the field of animal rehabilitation/veterinary medicine. I also enjoy all sciences, especially astro-physics..umm...hard to narrow it all down hehe

Gackt and An Cafe/Antic Cafe-absolute favorite artists (nyappy! ^.^), Adam Lambert, Tsukiko Amano, Bump of Chicken, Apocalyptica, The Rasmus, Utada Hikaru, many classical artists, Linkin Park, Namie Amuro, Three Days Grace, Yellowcard, Within Temptation, Lady Gaga, MUCC, Girugamesh, HYDE- I have just about every genre on my mp3 player..really

Kagen no Tsuki, White Oleander, Dragonheart, Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Crow, Back to the Future Movies, AVATAR, and anything by Tim Burton-I love him, The Fifth Element, Kundun (I am a member of the Tibetan Freedom Movement) far too many other movies to list :p

Hell Girl, X, pretty much anything on the Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Nation Geographic etc. I enjoy various other anime as well, USED to love watching the Nasa channel but of course, Verison doesn't offer it -tear-

Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Lord of the Rings/There and Back Again, Sirena, Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, Book of Five Rings, anything by Jules Verne, love the whole .hack series too (played the games too) I write my own books as well.
