About Me
Right, already bored with what was previously written so here we go again. I'm very aware that it'll probably say pretty much the same thing. But thats ok, I can deal with that.

So hey y'all, I'm Lisa, 21 years old, staying in East Lothian in Edinburgh. For those who dont know where it is, get a map! They can tell you alot better than I can. Unless you like answers such as 'I dunno, the sticky outy bit'.

I'm one of those people that have lots of crazy ideas and can never seem to settle. I think I will be perfect for about 5 million different careers and if I could, would very happily do them all. But until they perfect splitting the body in to various pieces and still have it function, I'm just looking for a job that will make me happy to get up in the morning and keep me stimulated!

I've been told I'm funny, but to be honest, its normally by people who don't get me. I'm a bit sarcastic, and no, it is not the lowest form of wit. I like to be right too. So much so that I will convince other people they are wrong, even if I know they're right. I don't know why it is, but its something I have learnt to live with.

I LOVE filling my head with as much information as possible. If someone says something I dont quite know enough about, then I am on to google faster that you can say, gee look at how fast she clicked on to google. Which you know could be pretty quick if I said it. Ever watched Gilmore Girls? You know how fast the women talk in that? Well that is me. But with a posher accent and a fouler vocabulary.

I also like reminice about days gone by while I sit in my rocking chair, knitting, drinking tea AND wiping away tears. All at the same time of course.... Or the normal young adult way of bursting in to loud and scary laughter, making the old people who actually are knitting and drinking tea, both spill hot beverages over themselves and simultaneously poking themselves in the eye with a knitting needle.

I never know when to stop talking, as you can probably tell. And while I am quite happy sitting in silence (which I do very often) I much prefer talking. Topics that most often come up (beyond my control) are sex, Russel Howard, Sex WITH Russel Howard, books/movies I'm just TOO obsessed with, and umm. Sex. But you know I can branch out! In fact encourage me to branch out, I'm not interested in talking sex talk with you lovely folk....

Hmm so I've probably bored you quite enough now, so if you've made it this far WELL DONE!! Give yourself a pat on the back and your certificate will be on its way in the post (Disclaimer note: I WILL NOT be sending certificates. But please do pat yourself on the back then tell me about it. It will make me laugh)

Thank you and Goodnight!

** Since making this profile, I've had a beautiful baby boy. His name is Riley James and hes perfect**
Requests
Ok requests.

I'm not being funny, but as previously stated, no I do not want to talk sex. It's just not happening. I dont care that you have a foot long ****. In all honesty, that scares me! I dont want that thing anywhere near me.

And no, I am not a slut, or a pornstar. I dont care that my eyes tell you to come to bed, or that my lips are perfect for sucking dick. To be honest I don't know how your sight is, but I'd suggest glasses, as I see none of these things.

I am happy to talk about whatever you throw at me. Politics, World Affairs, Finance, How a photocopier works or what goes in to brown sauce. I will talk about these things, but please dont be offended if my replies are short/unenthusiastic. Boredom does that.

I do want to have a very lighthearted banter. Lots of really crap jokes. And generally just an enjoyable conversation. Yes, it would be nice to know about your hobbies, but there is a section along here just for that, so if there is something on here that you've written about that interests me, I will ask.

But despite all of the above, if you have nice hair, have tattoos and/or are any sort of musician (guitars and drums are best) then it is all irrelevant. I will full on stalk you.
Hobbies & Interests
Ok interests and hobbies are a good one. I love music to start with. All music, every genre, all sorts of music. Although as my username suggests, I can't resist some good old rock. But since there is a seperate section for music, I'll stop there. I also read, but since there's a section for that too, same rules apply!

I love writing, completely and utterly. I'm the sad swotty type that loves writing essays. I mean I wrote an essay on finance t'other week, only to be told it only had to be a paragraph. I got someone into trouble at school cos I'd written 11 A4 pages (front and back) for homework and they had only written one! Aside from crazily writing essays, I am working on a novel. And feel free to ask, but I wont be able to tell you much as even I dont know whats gonna happen! Suspense eh!

I draw/paint too. I love being creative in some way. Even if it is just doing a little doodle on top of some paperwork/notes. I have a folder of pics of some drawings I did the last month so feel free to have a nosey! I will keep updating. Aside from that, on the artistic side I am pretty keen on different kinds of crafts.

I like having little projects to do. Things that keep me busy and keep my mind busy. For example I've just finished making a memory book for my friend as her birthday present (it went down well and now have requests for more haha).

There are more, lots more, but right now I feel like I'm putting together a CV and it worries me, so I'm going to stop.

Favorite Books
Books! Books are something I can quite happily talk about for ages, often repeating myself. Especially when it comes to favourites. As with music, I like titles and authors from all sorts of genres, and all kinds of writing styles. The only thing I can't stand are badly edited books. It could be the greatest story in the world but if there are too many misprints, easy to spot grammar mistakes or bad spelling, I'm not going to get through the book. It's too distracting. So here titles/authors I love!

Fifty Shades Series - E.L James
The Twilight Series - Stephanie Meyer
The Harry Potter Series - J.K Rowling
The Dark Hunter Series (Favourite being Acheron) - Sherrilyn Kenyon
The Shopaholic Series - Sophie Kinsella
Georgia Nicholson Series - Louise Renninson
The River God Series - Wilbur Smith
Stephen King Titles (Only favourites mentioned as there are way too many to mention all)
                             - Duma Key
                             - Misery
                             - IT
                             - Salems Lot
                             - Pet Sematary
                             - The Green Mile
                             - Christine
Where Rainbows End - Cecilia Ahern
P.S I love you - Cecilia Ahern
Sophie Kinsella Titles (Not including Shopaholic Series)
                             - Twenties Girl
                             - Can You Keep A Secret
                             - Undomesticated Goddess
I love so many more, but I wouldn't leave this seat if I mentioned them all. Basically The ones mentioned are the ones I always make sure to bring with me when I go somewhere for long periods of times. I like books with characters I can relate too and normally find it better when they're not explained in to much detail (appearance wise that is) My all time favourite female character is a toss up between Becky Bloomwood (Shopaholic Series) or Rosie Dunne (Where Rainbows End).

Ok I'll stop now. Told you I liked books.
