I am notably shy and reserved around those whom I do not know; I will never just approach someone for conversation in person. As I possess many interests and because I am a creative person, I find much with which to fill my world. Yet, I do long to share with others and I find the greatest joy in cultivating and maintaining true friendships. Therefore, through this platform, I hope to connect with artists, musicians, historians, writers, and other progressive, thoughtful, compassionate, and mindful people from around the world who wish to share ideas and knowledge, develop genuine friendships, and possibly develop creative and collaborative projects. I also aspire to improve my French language skills while also learning whatever I can in other languages. Further, I wish to connect with those who also love to travel, study languages, share about art, history, books, culture, and discuss philosophy and psychology. In my quotidian life, I work as a librarian at a private all-women's college. I am, however, an artist at my core; politically left-leaning; a Francophile; notably fashionable; a creative-non-fiction writer; world-traveler; gymnast, and someone who is deeply passionate about certain genres of music. I welcome meaningful conversations but must admit that I have no interest in engaging in idle conversation.
