So, I am a guy from Canada (if cannot already tell from my profile :P) and I am learning Japanese. I have recently just made a commitment to fit self-study of Japanese every day for as many hours as possible. It is very difficult though because I am in my third year of my undergraduate degree in Nursing, so I am in full time classes from Wednesday till Friday, I work Wed and Friday evenings as well as all day Sundays and I have clinical rotations at the hospitals on Monday and Tuesday leaving Saturday as my only day to study, not only Japanese but my medical materials as well.
I would love to minor in Japanese but that is not a possibility because my degree does not allow for minors (nursing is a degree that has no room for anything other than nursing xD).
But please, Japanese people out there, talk to me!! I hope to move to Japan when I am finished, and like every white person probably end up teaching English as a startup job, so other foreigners living in Japan are also welcomed!
