Has anyone else seen those talking ads on the site? I hate those things! Argh! Well anyway..

Generally speaking, I think that my hobbies and interests (etc) do a much better job of that than I ever could. But just so that you have some idea of what you're getting into, consider the following...

I'd really like to get to know people from all over the world.

I'm mildly obsessed with becoming a historically significant person.

I'm a pescatarian (a vegetarian that eats fish).

I'm currently writing a novel about a corporation that owns the universe.

I was in the Marine Corps for four years and now I'm a youth minister.

I like to prepare ridiculously detailed plans for wildly improbable situations.

I'm in college right now.

I listen to the oldies.

I prefer actual pen pals (snail mail) to e-mail because I feel that it's a much better medium for building long lasting friendships. I'd actually like to get to know someone (you know?).

I speak English, and also a little bit of French. I'm also learning Ancient Hebrew. I'd like a French speaking pen pal (to help me with my French). I'm also willing to help anyone who wants help with English.
