Hi there!
I'm a 33 y/o snail mail addict from Southern Germany.
I've been writing letters since the age of 8 and with my longest penpal I've been in touch for 20 years this year. To me, my penpals are like real friends. I was even lucky enough to meet several of them in person, which was always a great experience! I always put a lot of effort in my letter (they are usually hand-written) and I also really love cute stationery and stickers - my current supply will get me through the next couple of weeks for sure :P.
Besides penpalling, I have some more passions ;) - horses being one of them. After a long break I have started horseback riding again and I really <3 it.
I also love books. I'll try to come up with some fave ones in the section below. I hardly ever leave the house without a book, especially since I travel a lot by public transport. It's amazing how much reading can be done on the way to and from work ;).
As for a job, I work in the automotive industry and I was lucky with my job, which let me travel a lot and led me to many very beautiful places in the USA. From now on things will probably be calmer, so I'll have to travel more during my vacation again to see the world *hehe*. I've already been to NYC and FLorida this year (privately) and I have city trips to Stockholm and Copenhagen coming up this summer.

Snail mail pals only. I write "normal sized" to long letters and expect the same; 2 A5 pages about the weather are a waste of postage to me!
