Hello and welcome,

My name is Ben and I live in London, UK. I got married in May 2014, so I'm not interested in relationships, just friendships and letter writing.

My interests include most sports, although I enjoy watching boxing and athletics. I love to read (anything by Stephen King or J K Rowling is cool with me), watching films/t.v shows (in particular period dramas such as Downton Abbey), listening to all kinds of music and collecting Fountain Pens. I enjoy playing video games and used to be an avid collector of retro ones. I'm interested in learning about space and especially the historical periods and societies. Currently learning about pre-historic Britain and how to teach this period to children.

I'm into comic books, reading, drawing and enjoy keeping a journal, helps me look back at all the good things I've achieved that year, as well as things I can/could do better.

My weekends are spent visiting historic places such as castles and stately homes to find out about the people who lived there and how the places were run. I also enjoy being in and amongst nature, blackberry picking and then making editable items from the things we've found.

I enjoy going to the gym, swimming and cycling when I can.

Currently, a Year 2 Primary school teacher, trying to teach the children in my class good old-fashioned values  :)

Please don't just message 'hi' or 'hello' as your message is a waste of time and will be deleted.  I'm only looking for snail mail pen pals, apologies if this doesn't fit with your criteria.

Anything else you would like to know please do message me, I am quite friendly.

Ben

Anyone that would like to send letters or post cards are ok in my book :)
