I'm Vanessa.
I'm a 38-year-old German girl. I lived in Brazil for 1 and a half years and I moved to Zurich in Switzerland more than 15 years ago.
I'm working in the Air Traffic Control - "Flow Management"- here.
I love to make friends all over the world.

I love languages. I speak German, English, French, Portuguese and I am studying Egyptology and Islamic sciences at university, so I am learning modern Arabic and Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs, as well. I've also recently been taking Norwegian and Yiddish classes, lol.

I have my wonderful boyfriend since a long time, so I am not searching anything else than nice people to talk to. Also tell me a bit more than "hi, how are you?". I receive too many messages in this style every day and it is simply impossible to reply to all of those.

I love snail mail, but I have found so many new penpals in the last time that it is nearly impossible to accept all the new requests, as I'm currently very busy and rarely have time to write letters. I still write some postcards, though.

I also do know Arabic quite well and studied Hebrew at university, too.
