About Me

I am 67 years old, very happily married with two grown up children, a son-in-law and a wonderful granddaughter. I have been told that I have a good sense of humour, I like to think that it is quite quirky. We love travelling and have been to a number of countries. We love America and Hawaii in particular,we have been there three times. We love to go to Tenerife and have been almost every year since 2000.

Hobbies & Interests

I am retired, worked for 7 years in a jewellery shop and loved it. I love reading, doing crosswords and quizzes, I do a quiz twice at week at my local pub, I say that I am a quizmaster/mistress. I have appeared on the English version of The Weakest Link and came second, just lost out from winning the whole thing by one question. I was on The Chase a few years ago and got to the end but then got caught by the chaser with not many seconds left.

Love most music except jazz, heavy metal and rap.

Any horror,adventure and fantasy.

Favorite TV Shows

I watch a lot of quiz shows but don't like ones that rely on luck more that the use of knowledge. Love to watch America's Biggest Looser, and the Australian one. Can't stand soaps and have not watched any for years, they are too depressing and so out of touch with real life. My husband and I are in the middle of watching "Game of Thrones" and really enjoying it.

Favorite Books

Favourite authors are, James Patterson,Karen Slaughter, J.K.Rowlings, Terry Pratchett and Stephen King.Also like to read biographies of famous murderers in history.
