About Me
I'm 27 years old and I am from Austria. (For the one's who don't know- it's a small country next to Germany (and Italy . For the one's who do know- no, I'm not surrounded by mountains, I'm actually from the part of Austria that's not in the Alps.).
I'm working as a teacher and the subjects I'm currently teaching are English and biology (technically, I am also a history teacher, but I'm not teaching it currently as there is not too much demand for history teachers in Austria at the moment).

I'm interested in talking to people from all over the world. However, I'm quite uncomfortable initiating a conversation, as I never seem to be able to come up with things I could ask and I don't want to use those boring standard phrases like "how are you?".
So feel free, to write me, as soon as there is a nice conversation going on, I'll be able to find things we can talk about. ;)

DON'T send me messages about being interested in a relationship. I'm not interested in relationships with guys I've never met.

I like to read and to spend time with my friends and family.
I'm probably not the most outgoing person, but I still like to have fun.
I enjoy going out with my friends in the evening, but I prefer to just have a few drinks with them, than going to clubs. This does not mean, that I don't go to clubs as well... just not that often. Im not a person that goes partying like 3 times a week, that would be just too stressful for me.

Despite being Austrian, I'm not a very good skier. I've been on 3 skiing trips in my life and those where with my school class ;).

If there's anything else about me that you'd like to know, feel free to ask. :)
Requests
Nothing in particular to be honest- just be yourself and try to make a bit of an effort when messaging me.  I'm not asking for much, but at least try to write more than just "hi" or "how r u". You really don't have to be original or anything, but please try not to write those awfully uninspired phrases.

However- if you really can't think of anything else to write and still want to drop a message, just tell me (at least I know that you've read my profile then ;) )

Don't worry about making mistakes- English is not my native language either, so I know it can be hard :)
Language Exchange Requests
If you want or need any help with German feel free to ask me.

Of course I'm also constantly looking to improve my English. However, I'm not actually that interested in formal English, but would rather like to improve m common, everyday conversational English. I feel as if I'm sorely lacking in that one.

Futhermore, I would like to improve my Italian a bit.
Hobbies & Interests
I'm really not good at doing sports myself, but I really enjoy watching them, especially winter sports (yes, I know I've said, that I cannot ski myself, but I'm Austrian after all ;) )

I enjoy watching:

- alpine skiing
- crosscountry skiing/ biathlon/ nordic combined
- ski jumping
- ski cross
- snowboarding
- soccer or football as we and the rest of europe call it
- tennis

sadly, as I've already mentioned I'm not really good at any of the above :(

I've also been playing the guitar for a while now, though I'm not that good at it yet.
Favorite Music
- Rammstein
- Rise Against
- Volbeat
- Nightwish
- System of a Down
- and others as well :)
Favorite Books
for some reason, I've really enjoyed reading Shakespeare's Richard III ;)

I have also liked Christopher Marlowe's Doctor Faustus

If you have any good books you can recommend, please tell me about them.

Then also some German ones:

- Adalbert Stifter- Brigitta
- Joseph Roth- Beichte eines Mörders
Favorite Quotes
I'd really like to be a Schwa- it's never stressed!
