Yes , We can go there for studies.There is an institution called summer set and there are some courses .We can apply for those courses,then we can follow those courses in Latvia or Italy,then after that we can get a job there .I have registered for a hotel management course .So I have to go for it in 2017 ,but still don't know what country is good. ...Latvia or Italy ...
