Hi Rita! Thank you for your response! I share your interests and would also like to explore other mutual ones. I have been re-reading the novels about Sherlock Holmes recently and love the language used in those times. The same applies to the novels by Jane Austen. The way they talked is so different and I like being taken back into another age, just for the time I am reading. I would not want to have been born in an earlier time. I have a collection of classics as our bookstore had an offer (meant to encourage children to buy the books) so over so many months, I obtained what I hope will be, a collection for my grandsons, when they are older. I love music and have had a lazy day listening to playlists - mainly pop from the sixties! I also like some classical, jazz, movie themes and female singers. I do hope you are having a relaxing week-end and that we could correspond as and when you are able to write? I would love to know more about Vilnius and your country. Maddie.
