Arad is very near to me and Nagyvárad too. But the truth is I never been in these cities, just in Nagyszalonta at many times. And when I was 8 years old then we went to Bulgaria wit car across in Romania, but sadly I don't remember too much from that trip.
I don't like too much the other nation' kitchens, but the mexican is exeption, because both of them use many spices, principally pepper and hot pepper.

Maybe you thought "Szekeres", this is a very common name in my area. Yes, you have right, into peoples of Erdély mainly part are the hungarians (nowadays too at many areas), but the truth is the Charpatian basin always was a big melting pot of the european and eurasian peoples.
Curious profile! My grandma's family came from Erdély too.
