InterPals and the real world feel like two different worlds right now… the real world feels so chaotic lately.

When we’re very serious about something… how are you?

I used to be serious too, but… as I get older, it feels like I’m just being serious on my own.

It’s 5:06 a.m. here right now…
Yes!! It’s really early.🫩🫩

I couldn’t sleep very well. I don’t know why my mind won’t stop thinking…

Today I’ll probably just be a walking body with no soul at work.

If tired from work, sleeping for a bit and waking up makes it go away.
But mentally tired, what should you do to make it go away? Tell me😞

Have you ever heard the saying...

Before doing anything, you should plan. You should think about the consequences .... the impact on yourself and the people around you, both in the present and in the future. You should even consider whether you should or shouldn’t do it, the pros and cons that will happen after you’ve done it.

So yeah… why even talk about all this?

Looking at my online feed right now… I honestly don’t see many benefits outweighing the downsides.

When it’s hard, rest.
When you’re tired, rest.
When you’re discouraged, rest.

Just trying to smile at the little things every day, even when my heart isn’t really in it.

Psychological research has found that being part of a fandom has a significantly positive impact on mental health.

Having an artist as an inspiration helps create a sense of belonging, reduces feelings of loneliness, and serves as a coping mechanism during difficult times.

On heavy days, it can become a safe emotional space that provides healing, eases depressive feelings, and gives us the motivation to become better people each day.

So… who should I be a fan of?
🙄🙄🤔🤔
