Hello good morning nice to meet you.
DANCE OF WOMAN, RIVER, AND STARS
You, whose shoulders shatter mountains,
whose fingertips trace stars on night’s edge,
your blood—a river boiling in darkness’ veins—
every drop whispers my scream:
You, I say, are earth’s first hymn,
a spring exploding in my chest!
Your hair drags night into waters,
each strand a bridge to light.
Your lips—a volcano blooming fire—
your kisses, rain that quenches lava.
I, a grain of sand, melt in your palms,
become sea, carrying your salt on my tongue.
Your wrists, like ivy, strangle time—
every knot unravels an age.
When your footprints kiss the pebbles,
earth trembles—as if the world
spins for the first time when you tread!
Your breath dances with wind in orange blossoms,
your sweat steals honey from bees of my sorrow.
Your laughter—a knife splitting darkness—
silver fish leap from the rift,
each scale etched with your name.
I say: Your body is a map—
even lost, I find myself
in your curves—a river, a border, a scream!
Your knees—two crescents swaying on the horizon,
all ships anchor in you—
for you’re both harbor and storm!
When dawn is born in your eyes,
clouds tangle in your hair.
You scream—and the sky cracks,
the light spilling through
is a woman’s rebirth.
