I can explain it to you but it is in fact a particular phenomenon, which concerns certain specific English-speaking and French-speaking countries of West Africa which practices what we call in French "broutage" (from the verb "brouter" = to graze, like goats and sheeps eating up all the grass of an area). This is the reason why many Europeans and Americans block them users from Africa, to the detriment of North Africans and South Africans who are not responsible for this. Blocking the country is not enough: they can indicate another country, put stolen photos, have a false name and even not have the gender indicated on the profile. They are dangerous.
