I either worked as au pair or as groom (with horses), or in UK I cared for dogs :) for horsey job is good website yardandgroom.com, or some german websites, for kids, just put in google au pair and it will find tons of websites, you just have to choose :)

oh I simply look in internet, interwiew is mostly by mail. in the moment I work as au pair
